Recently we were asked by another Computer Support company to prove them with help running their business. Whilst it seemed “weird” it also made a lot of sense, not only could we help the client but also having an insight into another business similar to our own was very useful.
We have helped them with technical expertise, training their own staff to become more customer focused and also to put in a greater effort when repairing computers. We design a new website for them and built a ticket system so that they can keep track of the repairs and also give the customer a more profesional experience.
More recently we have been helping them advertise. We helped with a new logo design, some shop frontage and also flyers to hand out. this all tied in with the website we designed and the result has been really godd for us and the client. They are working better and their customer base has increased along with their levels of customer satisfaction. We have gained some insights that you don’t normally get given so freely, your competitors don’t normally ask you to help them out.
So never say “never” too quickly.
