This week were have been asked by an existing client to help them sell branded merchandise. They, like everyone these days, wanted to do this on a tiny budget but get a wide range of good quality merchandise to sell to promote their brand.

When we were contacted by Monster Cloud, they offer Unlimited Online Backups for £10 a year, we wondered just what we could do. It’s not a new idea, and some might ask it also has some major hurdles to overcome, but in the world we live in it’s prudent to never make assumption about ‘Online’ enterprises.

Most of us bank online now, search for holidays and sell our unwanted items on eBay. We have helped them with technical expertise, training their own staff to become more customer focused and also to put in a greater effort when repairing computers. We design a new website for them and built a ticket system so that they can keep track of the repairs and also give the customer a more profesional experience.

More recently we have been helping them advertise. We helped with a new logo design, some shop frontage and also flyers to hand out. this all tied in with the website we designed and the result has been really godd for us and the client. They are working better and their customer base has increased along with their levels of customer satisfaction. We have gained some insights that you don’t normally get given so freely, your competitors don’t normally ask you to help them out.
